Marinated BBQ chicken skewers, great for summer and full of protein!

BBQ CHICKEN SKEWERS
 
SERVES 4-6
 
1kg of chicken breast cut into small chunks.
 
For the marinade:
 
1 tbsp of soya sauce and extra sea salt
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of apple cider vinneger
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of chinese 5 spice
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
1 clove of garlic 
2cm shredded ginger root.
 
Rub the mixture into the chicken chunks and leave it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Thread the pieces of marinated chicken and barbeque for 10 minutes turning often until cooked through. 
Serve with greek yoghurt with Harissa spice or fresh chopped mint.
Compliment this with a green sald of your choice.
