FULL BODY BLAST WORKOUT

This is super effective in burning fat, the best for firming up your butt and strengthening your back and core muscles.

Try to complete as many rounds as possible during a 5 minutes countdown. Do not take a break and do not stop until the 5 min is over. English translation of how to complete the exercise is at the bottom of each picture.

 KETTLEBELL SWING - 20 reps (keep your back straight pushing forward with your hips using glutes(butt))

RUSSIAN TWIST - 10 reps on each side (try to keep your legs off the ground the entire time)

SQUAT AND SHOULDER PRESS - 10reps (squat down keeping back straight and immediately reverse back and press kettlebell over your head)

RENEGADE ROW - RIGHT SIDE - 10 reps (get in plank position placing one arm on the step and grab the kettlebell in the other arm and bent your elbow raising the kettlebell untill your elbow passes your torso)
