Training and Nutrition Advice with Eliza Skander
Hi, my name is Eliza and I am passionate about fitness, dance and nutrition. I toured around Europe for 11 years in both a traditional and modern
Polish dance group. The problem I had was a love for food as well. This drove me to study and research innovative ways to exercise and to create healthy recipes depending on what I was looking to achieve with my body. I used this knowledge to build effective
plans and results that led me to enter and win the Channel Islands UKBFF Ladies Fitness in 2012.
I
have created this website to share workout routines and some of the recipes I use on a daily basis from breakfast, lunch to dinner as well as seasonal dishes. All photos are taken just before I eat the dish!
I have also included links to the natural products I personally use, in case you are interested. From time to time I will add some workout tips for those that want to keep up with a healthy lifestyle. If you live in Geneva you can also
