Healthy Berry Breakfast Bowl

After a morning run around Lac Léman, Eliza came home and put this together. Refreshing, nutritious, and packed with superfoods — all in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Raspberries and blueberries — generous handful
  • Natural yoghurt — 1 large serving
  • Chia seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Toasted mixed nuts
  • Coconut flakes
  • Pinch of stevia (natural zero-calorie sweetener)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Spoon the natural yoghurt into a bowl as the base.
  2. Add the raspberries and blueberries on top.
  3. Sprinkle over the chia seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
  4. Add the toasted mixed nuts and coconut flakes.
  5. Finish with a pinch of stevia and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
