The information you provide via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Specifically:

• To reply to your message about personal training or nutrition coaching
• To arrange and manage personal training sessions if you become a client

Contact form submissions are retained only for as long as is necessary to manage the enquiry or ongoing client relationship. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing elizaskander@yahoo.com.
